Oh I am so pleased with this find... another brief outing to a local hospice shop and I came home with this...
A beautiful Cape in pristine condition... I love the vibrancy of the red.
I've never owned a Cape before.. love the fact it does up on the side and it has two front pockets in fact I even found a sweet clean hankie inside one...
Also loving the fact it is much easier to get on and off than a big heavy coat... something I often rather struggle with.
I thought it would benefit from some focal detail on the belt, in my tin of treasure I found a sweet wooden red buckle, just the trick for now... but I will look out for something a bit larger in black I think... maybe red.
